The Anti torsion cable is the link between the 2 elements of a furler: the swivel and the drum.
In a perfect world, the Anti torsion cable must transmit the winding forces from the bottom to the top (1 turn of the drum = 1 turn of swivel)
These cables are usually supplied with the sail (in the sail / luff for the most part or outdoors for asymmetric spinnakers)
The range of anti-torsion ropes and cables is very wide, KArver and TMS have chosen to offer the Marlow Pro Drive Anti torsion rope as standard for the smaller furlers (KF0.9 to KF6.0)
