Seldén Nail Terminal for AT-Cables
Seldén’s Nail Terminal is a solution for Anti-Torsion cables, developed to enable quick, safe, and reliable assembly of Code 0 furling systems.
Machined from anodized aluminium, the terminal features a female fitting into which the AT-cable is inserted. Sharp, hardened stainless steel nails are then driven through the terminal and the AT cable— either with a vice or by hammering—securing the assembly in place.
Thanks to the use of specially designed nails, the Dyneema® fibres in the cable remain undamaged, ensuring that the load-bearing capability and torsional rigidity of the AT-cable is fully preserved.
